Welcome to Bacall Wellness! This website was created with the intention of sharing mindfulness and meditation resources and practices, wellness ideas, holistic information, deep thoughts and a pieces of myself with others. It is my hope that these offerings may help one to feel more comfortable being alone with their thoughts. To search and explore for lost, hidden or even buried pieces of themselves that may lead to a life of inspiration -- a life IN SPIRIT.


One way for me to do that is to blog. I don't claim to be an excellent writer, blogger, healer or influencer of any kind. In fact, it is quite a vulnerable thing to start a blog. It has become clear to me that I have something within myself that needs to be shared, not to change anyone's mind or push any agenda, but to connect with others on a deeper level.
