In this class, we will explore energy vibration, inside and outside of our physical and spiritual bodies. We will notice how it affects each other and the world around us.

With curious awareness, we will learn how to "tune in" to vibrations that bring about states of love, peace, and healing and how to "tune out" those vibrations that lower our frequency.

There are no books or formulas for this practice, we will be using love, trust, and intuition as our guides, journaling our experiences as we learn and sharing that knowledge with those who seek it. 

We all enter as students simply seeking and sharing what we learn as it unfolds, without ego or competition.
