What are Solfeggio frequencies?

The ancient Solfeggio scale, known as “Just Intonation”, is renowned for its use in the Gregorian chants, but its history can be traced back to Biblical times. 

Solfeggio frequencies are sounds (which is a type of energy) made by vibrations, and on a quantum level, everything is vibrating

at various frequencies. 

In our bodies, different parts resonate at different frequencies. Resonance is a specific type of motion, characterized by synchronized oscillation between two states.

Through the use of resonance, sound can influence the frequencies of the human body and mind

to stimulate well-being.

During the event, Ben will guide you with spoken words while each of the 9 Solfeggio frequencies will be played for a length of time, allowing you to sit back, relax, and fully experience the resonance and effect of each frequency. They are as follows:
