About the Event
Join us for this unique (in person with online option) workshop where we will learn scientifically based mindfulness techniques for difficult emotions, and also experience what it feels like to be able to self-regulate those emotions as they arise.Â
We will use a combination of slide show, discussion, and mindfulness practices such as raising awareness, the 5 senses, and breath to name a few. Â Â
Our presenter, Kerri Bacall is a Registered Nurse and Certified Mindfulness Instructor with additional education in trauma-based mindfulness. Â She will guide you with care, understanding, and empathy.
