About the Event
Immerse yourself in nature as you are mindfully guided through the beautiful Nomahegan Park in Cranford, and receive all the physical and mental benefits of "forest bathing". Learn More/Forest Bathing
We will be stopping frequently on this 2-mile walk (mostly flat terrain) to mindfully take in the beauty all around us, using our 5 senses.
There will be moments of guided meditation and personal reflection while immersed in the forest setting.
