About the Event

The Grieving Process: A Personal Journey


We are informed that the grieving process is not linear, varies for each individual, and has no set time frame.

We can mourn the loss of a loved one, a pet, a relationship, a career, or any loss that brings us sorrow. Each is equally important.

Even though there are numerous resources available to support the grieving process, nothing helped me until I started practicing gratitude.


My mindfulness training, particularly in gratitude, has been an essential support for me throughout my grieving process. I wanted to share this practice with you, hoping it might assist you as well.
